Repair Policy 

We will repair any design purchased through

Please contact us for repair authorization at: (no repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization). For your protection, please pack your repair in the original box (or similar), return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt.  Zoë Chicco, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your authorization number, name, contact details and a brief description of what needs to be done upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks for your repair to be completed and shipped back to you. We will send you an email with tracking information on the day it ships from our studio.

We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
