Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization at: weborders@zoechicco.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. Zoë Chicco, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

A few select pieces may not be returnable, if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.

Gift Return Policy

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

 

Exchange Policy 

Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange up to 60 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on zoechicco.com.  For Zoë Chicco Styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

If you would like to make an exchange please email for a return authorization at: weborders@zoechicco.com (no exchanges will be granted without return authorization).
