OVERVIEW
Since its launch in 2000, Zoë Chicco has created a cult following among celebrities and trendsetters alike and is now carried in over 200 stores globally. We’re proud of the stable growth we’ve experienced and are looking for a Graphic Designer / Photo Retoucher to join our expanding team in a hybrid remote capacity! We are looking for someone who has experience conceptualizing, producing, and retouching digital/online, eblasts, product and photoshoot, and print assets. Our ideal candidate has great attention to detail, manages their time well, and can work independently while still be receptive and open to direction.
This person must have had prior experience working in a team as you will work closely with the marketing lead, sales manager, ecommerce team, and social media coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create concepts and designs for all media including: seasonal campaigns, product-driven campaigns, print and digital advertising, email marketing, photo shoots, online marketing collateral, campaign and brand strategy, packaging, and website graphics
- Work with and provide creative feedback to other designers as well as graphic design freelancers
- Retouch photoshoot and product images
- Manage and organize images database
- Layout product line sheets
- Be able to present ideas and designs to all members of the team, as well as to other partners such as the marketing team and brand management team
- Be a steward of the brand in maintaining the brand voice and a consistency throughout all brand visuals
- Prepare and coordinate printing with printers to ensure all printing details are understood, most cost-efficient methods have been considered, and deadlines are met
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred
- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of digital design, marketing, and executions
- Understanding design for digital formats including dot-com, UI/UX, and animated digital pieces
- Needs to work well independently, is self-motivated, and takes initiative to complete tasks
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Have ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once and be deadline-oriented
- Must have strong communication skills
- Should be creative, quick, collaborative, and thrive in a deadline driven environment
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with editorial or catalog design
- Previous experience concepting photo shoots

LOCATION
This position is based remotely, but must be able to commute to our downtown Los Angeles office regularly (approximately 1-2 times a week)
