Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept eligible items for exchange or return (see below guidelines).

If you would like to make a return, please submit your request below and we will send an authorization number with shipping instructions by email (no refund will be granted without return authorization).

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

  • Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page.
  • Additionally, a few select pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case you will be notified BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.

Gift Return Policy

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value, excluding customized and engraved items.

Exchange Policy

Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on zoechicco.com. For Zoë Chicco Styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).
