Due to the high volume of orders placed during the holidays your order may take longer than usual to ship. We can no longer guarantee delivery by 12/24. If you need your order by a certain date please email us at direct@zoechicco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

ALL PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOMIZED PIECES ARE NON-RETURNABLE. For all other pieces, during the holidays we extend our returns and exchange window until after the holiday as long as the pieces are returned in new, saleable condition by the 2nd week of January.
