Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you.  If you feel your piece has arrived damaged or defective, please submit your repair request to direct@zoechicco.com.  A ZC team member will contact you within 1-2 business days with a repair authorization number.

**Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  Any issue with damaged or defective
jewelry must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, we will be happy to correct any issues and return the item(s) to you.**
