For all repair requests, please email support@zoechicco.com. Please include your original order number, contact information (name, email, phone number), a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged jewelry. A ZC team member will review the request and respond within 1-2 business days.
No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization. The customer is responsible for all necessary incurred expenses for the repair, which includes all shipping fees. After the piece has arrived to our studio for repair, it must go through an assessment process, and once approved, a team member will confirm the work to be completed and an estimated timeline. If the customer decides to decline an offered repair, they will still be responsible for the shipping fee for us to return the piece.
We are happy to repair any design purchased directly through zoechicco.com. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components required for repair are unavailable. For repairs on pieces not purchased through our website, please contact the original retailer.
