All Zoë Chicco styles are carefully handmade in our Los Angeles studio.  Styles in stock at the time of your order will ship within 3 business days.  All other items are made to order and may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship.  If you order multiple items, they will ship together in one package once all pieces are ready.  To confirm which shipping window your item(s) are in, you can view the availability under each item on the product page and in your cart at checkout.  If you are in a rush and need expedited shipping, email us at to see if we can accommodate your request.  


All orders shipped within the US will qualify for free shipping for a limited time only.  Orders over $300 will ship via 2-Day shipping.  Orders under $300 will ship via ground shipping and may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive.


Domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, & other US territories*) ship via FedEx or UPS Express** delivery service.  Orders under $300 are charged a flat-rate of $10 for shipping, and orders with a value over $300 ship at no cost.  The value of your order is determined by the subtotal pre-tax and after any discounts are applied. Once your order leaves our studio and is accepted in the carrier's system, you will be notified via an automatic e-mail that will contain your tracking number.

* For orders to PR, Guam, and all other US territories, a $45 shipping fee is charged for orders under $500 pre-tax and after discounts. Orders $500 and over will ship at no cost. These orders will ship via DHL Express or UPS.

**For orders with shipping addresses local to Los Angeles, a ground option may be used to provide a shorter 1-day transit time.

We recommend a signature required when receiving your package. All orders over $300 will require a signature.  Orders under $300 have the option to have a signature required at no extra cost.  By selecting “No Signature Required,” Zoë Chicco is not financially responsible for the package once it leaves our studio.  If the package is lost or stolen, we will issue a claim with the shipping carrier. Before we process a replacement or refund, the customer must wait for the claim to be resolved, a process that can take up to 8 weeks. You must let us know about any missing or lost packages within 45 days of receiving your tracking information or the right to issue a claim will be forfeited. A claim does not guarantee reimbursement.

P.O. Box Delivery

P.O. Box deliveries are unavailable at this time.

APO/FPO/DPO Delivery

We unfortunately cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses as the carriers we use are not allowed to deliver to these locations.

Rerouting a Package

If you need to change your shipping address after the package has begun transit, this will require a reroute through the shipping carrier.  Please contact us immediately for this request.  Fees incurred by FedEx or UPS for the reroute will be at the customer's expense. 

Package Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to Zoë Chicco after numerous attempts by the carrier to deliver it, the shipping fee to reship the package will be at the customer's expense.  If the item is no longer wanted and not a final sale item, we will provide a refund less the original shipping charge and a $17 return to sender fee incurred by the delivery service.

Overnight Shipping

Please do not purchase overnight shipping until a representative from Zoë Chicco has confirmed this is possible.  Please email us at to confirm this is an option for your order. 



We partner with Global-e, a third-party service that acts as the seller-on-record, allowing us to ship to over 200 destinations around the world.  Global-e gives you a seamless, localized shopping experience, and you have the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout.  After completing your Zoë Chicco purchase, you will see that the payment method is charged by Global-e and your purchase is subject to Global-e’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. All international shipments ship via DHL Express and require a signature for delivery.  You can track the progress of your order and contact Global-e’s customer service team here.

For domestic shoppers shipping outside the United States - Please make sure you have selected the correct "SHIP TO" country in the upper right-hand corner of our website. If this is not selected, the order will not go through Global-e.

Delivery dates are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs and local delivery services. Before your shipment can be delivered, it may be subject to customs/duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees if they were not paid at the time of purchase.  The recipient is responsible for these charges, and they are at the discretion of the customs office in the arriving country.   


Global-e cannot fulfill localized orders from Switzerland, India or Kuwait.  If you are interested in shipping to these countries, please place your order via our US site (do not change your shipping country when prompted at the pop-up).  Your order will be shipped via DHL Express for a flat fee of $60 USD. Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via an automatic e-mail that will contain your tracking number.

Zoë Chicco cannot ship orders to Russia as they do not allow import of jewelry and precious metals to individuals.
