Shipping & Rates

All Zoë Chicco styles are carefully handmade in our Los Angeles studio.  Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.  If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request.  Please email us at direct@zoechicco.com 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE

For domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico*), we ship via UPS 2-day delivery service and charge a flat-rate of $10 for orders under $300. All domestic orders with a value over $300 ship at no charge.  Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number through an automated email.
*For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $55 for all orders, regardless of order value.

• We recommend always requiring an Adult Signature when receiving your package. By selecting “no signature required,” Zoë Chicco is not financially responsible for the package once it leaves our studio.  If the package is lost or stolen, we will issue a claim with the shipping carrier. Before we process a replacement or refund, the customer must wait for the claim to be resolved, a process that can take 4-8 weeks. You must let us know about any missing or lost packages within 45 days of receiving your tracking information or the right to issue a claim will be forfeited. A claim does not guarantee reimbursement. If you do not select a Signature preference, we will ship with Adult Signature Required for your protection.

• We cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method is via UPS and they do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

• If a package is returned to Zoë Chicco after numerous attempts for UPS to deliver it, the shipping fee to reship the package will be at the customer's expense.  

Overnight Shipping –

Please do not purchase overnight shipping until a representative from Zoë Chicco has confirmed this is possible.  Please email us at direct@zoechicco.com to confirm this is an option for your order.  As of March 2020 UPS is not guaranteeing all overnight shipments due to COVID-19.  If you chose to purchase overnight shipping and your package does not arrive the next day the purchase is not refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE

We’ve partnered with Global-e, a third-party service that acts as the seller-on-record, allowing us to ship to over 200 destinations around the world.  Global-e gives you a seamless, localized shopping experience, and you have the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout.  After completing your Zoë Chicco purchase, you will see that the payment method is charged by Global-e and your purchase is subject to Global-e’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. 

All international shipments require a signature for delivery.

At this time, Global-e cannot fulfill localized orders from Switzerland, India or Kuwait.  If you are interested in shipping to Switzerland, India or Kuwait, please place your order via our US site (do not change your shipping country to one of the above when prompted on the pop-up).  Your order will be shipped via DHL express for a flat fee of $60 USD.  Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number thru an automated email.  Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs/shipping locations. Before your shipment can be delivered, it may be subject to customs/duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees.  You (the recipient) are responsible for these charges and they are at the discretion of the customs office in the arriving country.
