Returns & Exchanges 2020
Please submit your return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot accept phone calls at this time. Someone from the ZC team will contact you with 48 hours with a return authorization number.
Please include your original order number and your contact information (name, email, phone number).*No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization
**Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we understand you may not be able to mail your return or exchange to us right away. We ask that you submit your email request within the time frame above but shipping deadlines are extended.**
Zoë Chicco, Inc. will only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when you place your order. If you need to cancel an order, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com to process your cancellation.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept eligible items for exchange or return (see below guidelines).
If you would like to make a return, please submit your request above and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no refund will be granted without processing a return/exchange request)
Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page. Additionally, a few select non-personalized pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case you will be notified BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order. For Zoë Chicco Styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly as they are not eligible for return/exchange through our website.
Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on zoechicco.com. For Zoë Chicco Styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).
