IMPORTANT INFORMATION

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization.  Zoë Chicco does NOT cover return shipping for returns and exchanges.

For Zoë Chicco styles purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly. These pieces are not eligible for return or exchange through our website.

FINAL SALE ITEMS - Customized & personalized styles, items denoted sale, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes special sizing, custom engraving and personalized letter pieces, as well as special collections.  If additional products are not returnable, it will be noted in the description on the item's page.

HOLIDAY 2024

For orders delivered between 11/22/24 - 12/23/24, all applicable pieces will have an extended return window through the holiday season. All return or exchange requests must be submitted by Wednesday, January 8th, 2025.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept eligible items for return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or damage due to wear and tear.   If you believe your item may be defective, please view our policy here. A return request must be submitted within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order, and the piece must be returned in new, unworn, and salable condition. Return requests received after this 10-day period are eligible for store credit only up to 30 days after the delivery date. Your return must be approved by a team member before being sent back.

Zoë Chicco does not cover return shipping. Upon request, a return label can be provided, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount. Whether a label is provided or you use your own, the return must be en route within 7 days from approval. Any return sent past this window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return has arrived in our studio, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be received in & processed.  Once your return is processed, the original form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.  Funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.

Zoë Chicco reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges if a customer exhibits any activity that is considered fraudulent or abusive of our return policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after the delivery date.  The original item must be returned in returned in new, unworn, and salable condition in order to process the exchange.  Zoë Chicco does not cover return shipping.

Once your original order return is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).  The gift card does not expire and can be used towards any item(s) on zoechicco.com until there is no remaining balance.

GIFT RETURN POLICY

Eligible items received as gifts and originally purchased on zoechicco.com can be returned and are processed as exchanges.  This excludes all items denoted in the final sale section above.  Once your gift return is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).  The gift card does not expire and can be used towards any item(s) on zoechicco.com until there is no remaining balance.  Zoë Chicco does not cover return shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Zoë Chicco, Inc. will only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when the order was placed.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP at direct@zoechicco.com to process your cancellation.  Order cancellations requested after 48 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if we have already begun work on the piece(s).
