Returns & Exchanges 2020

 

Please submit your return/exchange request via e-mail to direct@zoechicco.com.  Someone from the ZC team will contact you with 48 hours with a return authorization number.  You must include your original order number and your contact information (name, email, phone number).

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization

• For Zoë Chicco Styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly, as they are not eligible for return/exchange through our website.

• Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we understand you may not be able to mail your return or exchange back to us right away.  We ask that you submit your email request within the time frame above but shipping deadlines are extended

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept eligible items for exchange or return.  Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-salable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Zoë Chicco does not cover return shipping. 

Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

* Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt.

If you would like to make an exchange, please submit your request above and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no exchange will be granted without processing a return/exchange request).

Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).

* Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page.

 

GIFT RETURN POLICY

Items received as gifts (purchased on zoechicco.com) may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value, excluding customized and engraved items

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Zoë Chicco, Inc. will only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when you place your order.  If you need to cancel an order, do not hesitate to email us at direct@zoechicco.com to process your cancellation.
