Repair Policy 

We are happy to repair any design purchased through For all other repairs, please contact the original retailer.

Please submit your repair request to  Someone from the ZC team will contact you in 48 hours with a repair authorization number.

You must include your original order number, your contact information (name, email, phone, shipping address), a description and photo of the damaged jewelry.

•No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization.  The customer is responsible for all necessary fees required for the repair.

•We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable.

•Zoë Chicco does not cover shipping to our studio for repairs.
