Repairs

Repair Policy 

We are happy to repair any design purchased through zoechicco.com. For all other repairs, please contact the original retailer.

Please submit your repair request to direct@zoechicco.com. We cannot accept phone calls at this time.  Someone from the ZC team will contact you in 48 hours with a repair authorization number.

Please include your original order number, your contact information (name, email, phone, shipping address)  and a description and picture of the jewelry and the damage.   

*No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization.  The customer is responsible for all necessary fees required for the repair

*We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable.
