Shipments over $1,000 require an adult signature at delivery. If you would like to waive this,
please email direct@zoechicco.com
All personalized and customized pieces are non-returnable. All other pieces may be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of receipt. Returns after 10 days are eligible for store credit.
